1st Anniversary

It is exactly one year since the Lord called you home, yet we remember the day like it were yesterday. The memories still fresh in our minds, the pain still tugging at our hearts. We would like to thank all the friends and relatives who stood by us during that difficult time, to ensure that you had a deserving send off and that the virtues you always stood by, would remain the essence of our strength.

A light from our lives has gone

A voice we loved is still

A place is vacant within our hearts

which never can be filled

A bouquet of beautiful memories

sprayed with a million tears

I wish God could have spared you

if just for a few more years

We hold you close within our hearts

And there you will remain

To walk with us throughout our lives

until we meet again

Fondly missed by all who called you Husband, Dad, Brother, Guka, Uncle, friend and mentor.
