Simeon Nyakado Diang’a (Rtd, Kenya Revenue Authority)

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Mzee Simeon Nyakado Diang’a of Wakinga Kitawi village, Mfangano Island. Son of the late Senior Elder Shem Diang’a and Filida Oloo. Husband of Madam Angeline Amok Nyakado (Teacher, Waregi Primary Rusinga). Brother of the late Agnes Orwa, late Matabel Odayo, Mzee Efraim Dianga (Homa Bay Carpentry), the late Ben Diang`a, the late Elder Hezekiah Diang’a, Lynet Anyango, Eunice Agola, and the late Grace Aoko.

Father of Humphrey Diang’a, Zamedi Diang’a, Mmtesi Diang`a and Diang’a Mavin Diang`a. Son in law of Mzee Athiambo Nyarem and Mama Siprina Attang’ of Kanyada Kalanya, Homa Bay. Uncle of Tom Orwa USA), Samson Diang’a, Mawualo Diang’ a BOG Diang’a, Daniel Diang`a, Caren Atseno Rose Aoko, Rosa Matunga, among others

Relatives and friends are meeting daily at his (Rtd, Kenya Revenue Authority) home for prayers and burial arrangements.There will be a fundraiser on Tuesday 31/1/201 7 at his Mfangano home and in Nairobi, at Tumaini House (5fth Floor) opp. Kencom House at 6pm.

The cortege leaves Med 25 funeral home, Kirindo, on Thursday 2/2/2017 at 10am for funeral service at his home in Magunga-Wakinga (Kitawi village), Mfangano Island. Burial will be on Friday 3/2/2017 at 2pm. Contributions can be sent to Mpesa No. 0722 533 523.
