Son of the late Stephen Muchai Kimani and Sarah Wangui Muchai. Loving husband of the late Elizabeth Njeri Kahuri. Father of Eunice Kahuri Karanja, Grandfather of Stephanie Njeri. Father-in-law of Payton Karanja all of Indian Poll a USA. Brother of the late Gathoni Muchai, James Kimani, Elder Obadian Kariuki, Margaret Wanjiru Boro among others. Brother in law of the late Simon Ngigi Kaberi, Samuel Wanjema, Lucy Mugure among others.

Family and friends are meeting daily at his home Gathaithi Mutuya, starting from 4pm for prayers and funeral arrangements.

The cortege leave Mukoe Funeral Home in Githunguri on Tuesday 7th March 2017 at 9.00am followed with a church service at PCEA Gathaithi Church at 11am and burial his farm at Mutuya, Gathaithi Village.
