It’s with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Bernard Ndungu Gatharia on 26th June 2017 at Limuru Nursing home.

Son of the late George Gatharia and late Rahab Wamaitha. Husband of the late Veronicah Njeri and Rahab Kaguru. Brother of Wanja Muchuka, Wambui, VVaithera, Wangari, Wanjiru, Wanjiku, Muthoni, njeri, Kimani, the late Karugo, Wanja, Macharia,Wanjiru and Njoroge.

Father of Wamaitha, Njoki, Wanja, Njenga, Waithaka, Wanjiru, Wambui & Kahaki. Father in law of Wachira, Munyaka, Kihuro, Njeri & Njoki. Grandfather of Shikoh, Njeri, Jimmy, Peter, Sam, Faith, Gabriel, Tony, Ndungu, Njeri.

The cortege leaves Uplands Funeral Home on Tuesday 4th July at 9 a.m.The funeral service will follow thereafter at PCEA Joshua Matenjwa Memorial Church at 10 a.m. Burial will be at 2 p.m at the family home at Kamandura, Limuru.
