Daughter-in-law of the late Peter Ndekei (Kabiru) and late Judith Mwihotori. Mother of Nancy Mbugua, Elizabeth Wanjiru, Peter Ndekei, Joseph Mwangi and Joyce Wambui. Mother-in-law of Leonard Mbugua, Njeri Ndekei and Ruth Mwangi. Grandmother of Bernice Mbugua, Vivian and Ken Nguku, Josphine Mbugua, Brian Kinuthia Maria Mbugua, Bernice Mwangi, Samuel Kinuthia, Kinuthia Ndekei, Winnie Njoki and Brandon Karori. Great grandmother of Ashley, Terry, Jeremy and Ivy. Sister of Elizabeth, Loxana and the late Elikipa, Blanche, Esther, Naomi, Hiram, Leeman Ruth, Dora, Kenneth and step Sister of Moses, Loise, Bashir, Stellah, Waceke, Wangechi, Jane and Muthoni. Sister-in-law of Janet Muna, Lucy, Njeri, Monicah and the late Margaret Chege, Wambui Manyara, Mary, Anastasia, Munyua, Philomena and Magdalane. Auntie, grandmother and friend to Many.

Family and friends are meeting at her home in White House King’eero village from 5.00 pm for prayers and funeral arrangements. Tthe cortege leaves Chiromo Funeral Parlour on Tuesday 24th January 2017 at 9.00 am for funeral service at ACK St. Marks Ndurarua, King’eero at 11.00am. Thereafter burial at Forts Smith Farm Ndumboini, Kanyariri Road. There will be a fundraising to offset the hospital bills on Sunday 22nd January at 2.30 pm at her Kingeero home.
