Loving husband of Brenice Mutonyi. Father of the late Alice, Alvin, Clarice, Sharlene and Augustine. Brother of Mary, Sospeter, Jeremiah, Yunuke, Naftali, Kennedy, Mokeira, Nyamusi and Grace. Son in law of the late Peter Mutonyi and Esther Mutonyi. Uncle of Boniface, Denis, Jason, Naomi, Junior, Valentine, Duke, Liz and Ian. Nephew of Benson Nyakundi, Momanyi, Getonto among others. Cousin of the Getontos, Momanyis, Ong’eris, Omwandos, Nyakundis, Mbakas, Nyang’waras, Michiras, Omwoyos among others. Brother in law of Jane (2), Caren, Joyce, Josephine, Linet, Acrylin, Violet, Paulo, Arnold, Tito, James, Nyamwamu, Jared, among others. Semo of Mukopi, Daniel, Julius among others.

The cortege leaves Montezuma Funeral Home on the 22^nd February 2017 at 7am for JKIA from where it will be airlifted to Kisumu International Airport, then by road to his Kakamega home for an overnight vigil. The body will be transported to his Nyamira home on 23^rd February 2017 for an overnight vigil. Funeral service and burial will take place on 24^th February 2017 in Gachuba, Kenani Village, Nyamira County.
