Beloved husband of Peris Chemeli Ngala (The Eldoret National Polytechnic). Loving and dedicated father of Cyril Kimutai (Yonsei University South Korea), Abigael Chebet (Catholic University), Shalom Mercy (Alliance Girls), Ephrahim Kiboi (Green Vale School). Caring brother of Jane Serem, the late William Tarus, Cornelius Kibichiy (Kibichiy and Company Advocates), Wilson Kibichiy (Survey of Kenya), Eliud Kibichiy (TSC), Henry Kimego, Kipleting, Jepkurgat, Chesaina, Jepkemboi, Rodah, Kibet, Jeptarus, Joan Kibiwott, Jerotich, Kipkoech, Magdalane, Chemesunde and Jeptabut.

The cortege leaves MTRH Farewell Home on 16/1/2018 at 10.00 am for funeral service at St. Mathews Cathedral Eldoret and a brief stopover at the High Court Eldoret and thereafter for brief prayers at his Elgon View home then proceed for overnight stay at his Kapsaret Farm, opposite Segero SDA School along Kapsaret Center- Lemook road.

Burial will take place on Wednesday 17/1/2018 at the same venue.

Formerly he worked for the Kenya Meteorological Department.
