Friends and family are meeting daily at his Tarakwa Farm home in Bayete. A fundraising will be held on Wednesday 6th January, 2021 at Tarakwa AlC Church.

The cortege leaves Eldoret Hospital on Thursday 7th January, 2021, at 11.00am for a requiem service at Tarakwa AIC Church and later for an overnight stay at his Tarakwa home.

The funeral will take place on Friday 8th January, 2021, starting at 9.00am at his home.

We announce the death of Alphonce Wambua Musau (Kamulu) on 28 December 2020 after a long battle with cancer.

He was the son of the late Nason Musau Muunda and the late Anna Nthoki.

Son in law to the late Phillip Kioko and Salome Mukulu.

Alphonce is survived by his widow Jane Mbithe Wambua and children Margaret Kanini (Mickey School), Mary Nthoki (Airtel Africa), Michael Muunda (Lenge Transporters) and Jackson Murinda (Machakos University).

He was father in law to Isaac Muinde (IoM), Anthony Njue (Trends Knight), Mary Nzeki (business woman) and Carol Mbithe (Kyemutheke Primary).

Grandfather to Kelvin, Kelsey, Keith, Noel, Leo, Sybil,Willis, Cedric, Mwende, Jake and Kayla.

It is with a heavy heart and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing away of Rev. Margaret Wairimu Gitau of Federal Way, Washington.

She became sick and was taken to St. Francis Hospital, Federal Way ,Washington from 14th November to 24th December 2020 at 5:00PM (PST) when she went to be with the Lord.

She was Born in Murang’a County, Kenya. Daughter of the late Gideon Kimutwa Kibing’ia and the late Alice Wanjira Kimutwa.

Daughter-in-law of the late Boniface Muiruri Mundarua and the late Scholastica Wamuyu Muiruri of Murang’a, County. A beloved wife for over 40 years to Simon F. Gitau Muiruri (USA).

A loving mother of Anne Wamuyu (UAE), Robert Muiruri (USA), Alice Wanjira (UAE), Beatrice Wanjiku (USA) and Gideon Mwangi (USA).

Mother-in-law of Caroline Muiruri (USA). A grandmother of Prince Obama and Abigail Momoh both of UAE.

Sister of Virginia, lrungu, Njeri, the late Wanjiku, Pst. Jane, Kimani and Njoroge. Sister-in-law of Ndung’u, Wanjiku, Njogu, the late Mirigo and Salome.

Prior to her retirement, Rev. Margaret worked at Nairobi City Council- Kenya since 1978; about 36 years and thereafter relocated to the USA.

Before her passing away, she was working for G2 Secure Staff at Seattle International Airport, WA. USA.

She had been preaching the Word of God at Kenya Christian Faith Church (KCFC), which later became Grace Covenant Church (GCC) in Federal Way, Washington, where she preached last on 8th November, 2020.

2Timothy 4:7-8 “I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. Now there is In store for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will award to me on that day – and not only to me, but also to all who have longed for his appearing.”
