Mother-in-law of Salome Onsomu (U.S.A), Beatrice Ngare (Kisii), Pst Milka Nyamboki (Kehancha), Josephine Samuel (Kenindia Kisumu), Damaris Moses (Kisii), Margaret Ogero (Kisii), Charles Birundu (Nakuru) and Jackson Obiri.

The cortege leaves Aga Khan Hospital Mortuary Kisumu on Thursday November, 21st 2019. Burial will take place at Ikuruma, Kenyoro, Kisii County on Friday 22nd November, 2019.

Mother of Henry Nyabuto, Rachel Moraa, Beatrice Ombati, Asenath Nyauma, Tom Otieno, Gladys Mokeira Otieno (USA) and Richard Osubo Otieno (USA). Mother-in-law of Salome Nyabuto, Linet Ombeka, Alice Osubo, Julius Oroko, Kennedy Ombati and Duke Nyauma. Korera of Ogeto, Okworo, Nyandoro, Oroko, Ombati, Ondomu.

Sister of late Zakaria Mwambi, Rose Keziah Moraa Obadiah (USA), Hudson Mbunya, Elijah Omweri, Hellen Sarange, Yabesh George Obadiah and Josephine Joyce Bundi. Family and friends are meeting daily at Mecheo home and Nairobi. Main harambee for fund raising will be held in Nairobi on 26/11/2019 at a venue to be announced later.

The burial will take place on Sunday 01/12/2019 at her home, Mecheo Village Manga settlement scheme, Nyamira County.

Mama hailed from Biego Village in Nyamira County. She was daughter of the late Ochwang’i Orina and the late Kerubo Sabisa Ochwang’i of Sironga-Marindi Village. Wife of the late Wycliffe Agwata Rogena and sister of the late Ong’ondo, Mogiti, Kang’ina and Kereri; and Nyamokami Mang’era of Marindi. Sister in law of Stephenson & Priscilla Ocharo, Jeliah Moraa, Josephine Nyarinda and Jephthah Rogena. Loving Mother of Dr. Julius Rogena, Eng. Victor Awata (Australia), Prof. Jones Agwata, Caren Mona, Dinah Kerubo, Eng. George Morara & Dorcas Bosibori. Mother in law of Prof. Emily Rogena, Mary Chesang’, Calleen Nyaboke, Jackson Nyanumba, Shem Mikaye, Jacqueline Nyaboke and Hezron Ogwoka.

The Funeral service will be at the Nairobi Central SDA Church, on 21st November 2019, commencing at 07.00 AM. Thereafter, the cortege proceeds to Biego Village, Nyamira County for burial on Friday 22nd November 2019.

The cortege leaves Coptic Hospital Mortuary on 21st November 2019 at 8.00am for Kisii. Burial will take place on 22nd November 2019 at Nyabiosi Villa Nyachela Kisii County.

George Mwaura (The Mwauras Gospel singers), Eunice Warigia (Chania boys), Pastor Francis Kamau (Body of Christ Kenya), Joseph Nyumu (Assistant Chief Gatero) and the late Ayub Njuguna, Lucia Nyambura and MaryWangari. The cortege will leave Kenyatta University Mortuary on Friday 22nd November, 2019 at 5a.m for a funeral ceremony and burial at his father’s farm in Gatero location Marmanet Nyahururu.

Son-in-law of the late Richard Mbogo Kaara and Priscilla W. Mbogo. Brother in-law of Esther Githogonde, Jemimah Kamanda, Peris Kimani, David Mbogo, Catherine Mbogo, Irene Wangithi, Florence Wamutira, Anne Nyawira, Ruth Mbogo and Peterson Mwai. The cortege leaves Kenyatta University Funeral Home on Thursday 21 November at 6.30 a.m for funeral service at ACK St. Thomas Cathedral church in Kerugoya at 11a.m and burial thereafter at his home in Kimuri, Kerugoya in Kirinyaga county.

Her sons-in-law are the late John Onyango of Ndhiwa, Jared Maraga (Keumbu-Kisii), Barnard Otieno (Yimbo,Usenge) and Dancun Owino (Kwoyo, Oyugis). Her daughter-in-law is Faith Opere – daughter of Pst. Konyango(Alego Siaya).

Sister-in-law of Muthoni, Nyiha,Wanjiru,Wangui, Ngigi and the late Ngonyo.

The cortege will leave Kenyatta University Funeral Home on Friday 22nd Nov 2019 at 8:00am for Church service at P.C.E.A Mitahato starting from 10.00am. She will be thereafter laid to rest at Miathathia Village.
