Daughter of the Late Benjamin Nguku and Late Milcah Mumbe. Beloved Wife of Leonard Lavuta Malinda. Mother of Mary Mumbua, Benard Mutunga, Christopher Ngui, Patrick Kioko, Jane Nduku, Patricia Mwende and Emmanuel Wambua. Mother-in-law of Joshua Ngau, Jeremiah Kimani Kinyua, Late Lydia Mwikali, Janet Waeni, Winfred Nthambi and Elizabeth Kanini. Grandmother of Enos Musau, Benjamin, Faith, Lenny Mutunga, Lenny Ngui, Mwende, Jeffer, Ricky, Stephanie, Gabriela, Seraffin, Malaika, Damaris, Nelson, and Angelica. Sister of Mutuku, Florence, Rhoda, late Nzoloa, Late Muinde and late Mang’oka. Daughter-in-law of the late Malinda and Veronica Nthoki. Sister-in-law of Kimonyi,Timothy, Katule and late Meli.

Family and friends are meeting daily at T.Tot Restaurant Machakos and her home Tusunini Village, Kaiti from 5pm for prayers and funeral arrangements. The cortege leaves Montezuma Monalisa Funeral home Machakos on Saturday 2/9/17 at 8am for funeral service and burial at her family residence Tusunini Village, Kaiti, Makueni ounty.

Doting mother of Steve Andika and Veronica Andika, Regina Atemba and James Kamau, the late Patrick Andika and Catherine Njambi, David Maudu and Sherina Nyambura, James Kunyanyi and Pauline Waigwe & Wairimu, Lucy Njoki and Shakib Saleh, Safania Gachucha, Christopher Lumbasio and Pauline Wanjiru. Grandmother of Carol & Ephraim, Christine & Steve, Alex, Mark, Ken, the late Wambui, David, Gichuki, Eddie, Andika, Muraya, Lewaline, Kevin, Feruz, Brito, Tasha and Denis among others. Aunty and great grandmother of many children.

Family and friends will be meeting at her Kabati residence, Umoja Residence Nairobi and Coconut Grill in Thika. The meetings will commence on Wednesday 30 August 2017 from 5.00 pm. The cortege leaves Bishop Okoye Funeral Home Thika on Tuesday 5 September 2017 at 8.00am. Funeral Service and burial will be at Kamahuha in Muranga County.

Son of the late Ernest Ogeto Raiti and Bisikira Kemuma. Beloved husband of Agnes Kerubo Maina. Loving father of John Maina, Philip Maina, Lucy Mogeni, Charles Maina, Tom Maina, Gichaba, Peter Maina and Emily Maina Makindu.

Grandfather of Martin Maina, Abednego Mogeni, Vivian Mogeni, Carren Mogeni, Lawrence Maina, Allan Ogeto, Michael Kirisanto, Martin Maina, Agnes Kerubo, Elsie Kemuma, Agnes Kerubo, Allan Gichaba, Keith Maina, Edward Abunga, Eston Anzeze, Eliud Maina. Father in law of Rose Obur Magano, Ken Mogeni, Stella Kyongo, Susan Kemunto, Ken Gichaba, Joyce Chemutai and the late Edward Makindu.

Brother of the late Salome Abere, the late Rangi Ogeto, Mayieka Raiti, Christopher Monyoncho the late Nyaboke Oindi, Mellen Momanyi, the late Florence Ochenge.

Funeral arrangement and prayer meetings are being held daily at Holy Family Basilica, Nairobi. Main fundraising to be held at the same venue on Tuesday, 5th September 2017 from 5:30pm.

The cortege leaves Lee Funeral Home on Thursday 7th September 2017 for his home In Nyandiba village, Marani Sub County Kisii County. Burial will be on Friday the 8th of September 2017 at the same venue.

Sister of the late John Mama, Mary Muthoni, the late Ismail Kiruku, the late Helen Wairimu, Susan Wangari, Caroline Wangeci, Elizabeth Washiga (Eliza Dubbing, Sheikh Karume) and the late Kelvin Mucheru. Sister in law of John Thuo, John Wairegi, George Karanja and the late Charles Mwangi. Auntie, cousin and friend to many.

Family and friends are meeting daily at Magamano Hotel Nairobi and Murang’a Gatongoro for burial arrangements.

The cortege leaves Kiria-ini Hospital on 2nd September at 9.00 am for burial ceremony in Murang’a.

Daughter of the late Samson Mwangi Muitung’u and late Hannah Wairimu of Mananga, Kiru Location Murang’a. Daughter in-law of the late Nahashon Kiai Muigai and Rahab Kanana Kiai, step-daughter of Peris Mwihaki Mwangi of Mananga, Kiru Location. Sister of the late Susan Nyambura Kaguma, the late Agnes Njeri Kaniaru and Henry Muitung’u Mwangi. Step-sister of Caroline Nyambura Kariuki, Dickson Muitung’u Mwangi, Nancy Njeri Mwangi and Peter Macharia Mwangi among others. Sister in-law of the late Norman Kaguma Kagema, Julius Maina Kaniaru, Phyllis Gathoni Muitung’u, Gathoni Maina, Jerioth Nyawira Chege and James Magondu Kiai among others. Aunt, grandmother and great grandmother of many.

Cortege leaves PCEA Turnutumu Hospital Mortuary on Friday 1st September 2017 at 7am for burial service at the PCEA Thaithi from 9am thereafter she will be laid to rest at her amity farm at Thaithi.

Daughter in-law of the late Philip Okioma and the late Maria Heliena Ntabo. Sister in-law of the late Redempta, Dorothy, Osmond, Aloisa, Antony, David, Emily and the late Benjamin.

The cortege leaves Kisumu District Hospital for a requiem mass at St. Peter’s Nanga Church Nyalenda B ward on Thursday 31st August 31, 2017 at 8.00am, then to her residence in Nyalenda for viewing. The burial will be on 1st September 2017 in Mochenwa village, Nyamira County.

Grandmother to Ciiku, Dzame, Dzidze, Dhamani, Nguru, Muigai, Njeri & Kenny.

The cortege leaves Kenyatta. University Mortuary on Tuesday 5th September 2017 at 8.30am, followed by funeral service and burial at her home in Gacharage Sub-location, Kandara, Murang‘a.

Friends and family are meeting daily at her home in Gacharage and on Friday 1st September 2017 at Dr. Kombo’s residence in Nyali, Mombasa.
