Wife of the late Barnaba Mbiku lswii. Mother of Philis Sarni, Patrick Kavuwa, Jeniffer Mulalya, the late Elizabeth Ngami, Siivester Nzue and Rev, Rhueben Mbiku. Mother-in-law of the late Major  Musyimi Ndolo, Rosephera Kavuwa, the late Francis Kityambyu, Muthui Mwanzia, the late Teresia Nzue, Faith Nzue and Rachel Mwanzia. Sister in-law of Vilita, Mututa, Musee, Kasuna and the late Mbiti. Grandmother of Dickson, Kioko, Vicky, Monica, Mueni, Eric, Zipporah, Mututa, Waweu, Mwavu, Mull, Brenda, Dennis, Raphael and Ruth among others.

Friends, relatives and well-wishers will meet today (Thursday) at Holy Family Basilica (Large Hall) from 6.00pm 7.30pm to raise funds and make funeral arrangements. The cortege leaves Muthate Funeral Home on Saturday 29/7/2017 at 9.00am. The funeral service and burial will be held at her home in Kiatine village, Mithini Location (Mutonguni), Kiwi County at 12.00 noon.

Beloved husband of Loice Simiyu. Father of Charles Walubuka (Kenya Police Kisumu), Margaret Musoko (St Domiano), Beatrice Simiyu (Westlands Primary), Enos Watakila (Kenya Power Kabsabet), Everline Simiyu (Kenya Police, Eldoret), Eliud Khaoya, Aggrey Barasa, David Mwangale, Elizabeth Simiyu (Nambani Primary) and Emily Simiyu (Tourism Finance Corporation). Brother of the late Jephunea Makhanu, Julius Wanyama, Akola, Nanyama, Nasambu. Father-in-law of Florian Musoko (Kenya Police), John Wafula, Evans Simiyu, Matthew Mukisu (Capital Markets Authority), Sarah, Janet, Anne, Jane and Elizabeth. Uncle of Maria Masinde, Jane Wanyama,Wanyonyi and Wafula of. Malaha among others. Cousin of Richard Wafula (Malaha). Grandfather of Godfrey Wafula(Atlas Copco), Jerida, Bonface, Kelvin Mwibanda (Uasin Ngishu County Assembly), Eric among others. Brother-in-law of Patrick. The cortege leaves Moi Refferal Hospital, Eldoret on Thursday 27th July and burial at his home on Saturday, 29th July in Malaha Village,Webuye Bungoma County.

Wife of Charles Njiru Kamuti (Kamuti Building Contractors Ltd). Mother of Edwin Muriithi and Phyllis Wanjiru, Hilda Wanja and Aldrin Muthoni. Grandmother of Ian Njiru Muriithi. Daughter of the late senior chief Nyaga Ng’endu and Lucia Wanjira (Kithimu village). Daughter-in-law of John Njiru Paul and Mary Gacuki (Gichiche village). Sister of Aurea Wegoki and Susan Muthoni and step sister of many. Sister-in-law of Persia Mwaririe, Rose Mugo, Justin Kariuki, Emily Njue. Cousin, aunt and a friend to many.

Family and friends are meeting daily at their Mwenendega residence in Runyenjes Embu county. The cortege leaves Gakwegori Funeral Home on Tuesday 1st August 2017 at 9:30am for Mwenendega. The Requiem mass will be held at Mwenendega Primary School Runyenjes on Tuesday 1st August, 2017 at 11.00am. Burial will follow thereafter at their Mwenendega Residence, Runyenjes Embu East District, Embu County.

It is with deep sorrow and sadness that we announce the death of Grace Kambura Kurauka that occurred on 20/7/2017 after a long illness. Grace was a Maths/Business teacher at St. Luke’s High School in Tigania West Constituency in Meru County.

Wife of Gervasio Miriti, a teacher at St. John’s Nchooro Secondary School in Tigania West, and mother of Evans Mutwiri Miriti and Abigail Mukami Miriti. Daughter of the Late Joshua Kurauka, and Regina Kurauka. Sister of Wakili Henry Kurauka, Dr Joseph Kurauka, Stella Bundi, Daniel Kurauka, Sarah Kurauka and Shadrack Kurauka.

Funeral arrangements have been taking place from 6 pm at San Valencia Restaurant, Anniversary Towers, Nairobi, and Kangeta Hapi Restaurant, Miathene as well as Kitheo in Meru County.

The cortege will leave Kenyatta University Funeral Home on Friday 28 August 2017 at 6 am for burial on the same day at Kitheo,Tigania West, Meru County.

The untimely physical separation loosens none of the bonds that connect our souls.

Brother of Murichu Kihiko and Step Brother of Robert Kinuthia Kihiko among others. Father-in-law of Bedan Githua, Eliud Kithome, Ann Muthoni and Patricia Kadzo. Grandfather of Jacinta (UON), Brian, Diana, Allan, Kevin (MMUST), William, Mercy, Antony, Richard, Elizabeth, Glory, Shirleen,Adrian, Humfrey, and Natasha.

Family and friends are meeting at his Mwihoko II residence (near Kiriri University), his daughter’s residence at Utawala and at Eureka Highrise Hotel 5th Floor for prayers and burial arrangements. The cortege leaves Kenyatta University Funeral Home on Wednesday 2nd August. There will be a short prayer service at KU Funeral Home Chapel at 8:30 am – 9:00 am before leaving to Kiranga Village, Muruka Location, Kandara, Murang’a County for Burial Service.
