David Anyieni Abaga

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on to glory of David Anyieni Abaga (formerly a teacher, Etono Primary School) which occurred on 23rd June.

Husband of Tabitha Bosibori Mogonchi (Principal, Kerongorori Sec. School). Son of Zedekiah Abaga Kibari, and Agnes Bosongo Abaga. Step son of Stella. Father of Richard (Kenya Airways), Troy (JKUAT) and Cynthia. Brother of Keziah, Nathan, Orphah, Abner (Min. of ICT), Gladys, Erick, Enock (State Dept. of Livestock), Peris, Nyanchoka, Aggrey. Onyango and Herbert. Fathger in-law of Lister and Grandfather of Warren Sam.

Son-in-law of Mr. and Mrs. Isaiah Mogonchi, Mr. and Mrs. Christopher Makori, Mr. and Mrs. Naftal Chuma, Mr. and Mrs. Daudi Onuko among others. Nephew of late Joshuah, Okindo, Mor•a, the late Miguna, Matenyas, Okoyos, Onyancha, among others. Cousin of Nelson (Kiambu County), Makang’as, Okindos, Oichis, Matenyas, Onyikwas, among others. Uncle of Wycliffe,Victor, Graham, Graffins, Silas,Ve.rah, among others.

Friends and relatives are meeting daily at his Etono home, Kenyenya District, and at his ancestral home, Eng’ou, Nyabera sub-location, Kisii County. There will be a funds drive on 4th both at Etono and Eng’ou home. The cortege leaves HEMA Mortuary on 7th for viewing at his Etono home and the caravan will proceed to his ancestral home, near Eng’ou pri. School. The late David will be laid to rest on 9th July.
