David Gichunge Mukira

Sunrise 1963 Sunset 2017      It is with humility, submission and acceptance of the will of God in great sadness that we announce the sudden demise of our beloved Mr. David Gichunge of Kiegene village, lmenti South, after a short illness. He was the Head teacher of Chumviere primary school lsiolo County.
Loving husband of Judith Kanja, Son of Phineas Mukira and Jeniffer Kajuju, son in law of Isaac M’Mwongera and Tabitha Karuma. Brother of late Mbaabu, Kaburu, Mbaya, Mucece, Kibiti, Silas and late Gatwiri. Brother in law of Gateti, Mwongera, Kanyua, Mwirigi, Mary, Dorothy, Philip, Margrate, Hellen, Monica, Kinyua, Kagendo and Susan. An inspirational and irreplaceable Dad, uncle and grandfather of many.
Family and friends are meeting daily at his home at Gakurine, his father’s home Kiegene village, Imenti South and Wabera Primary School-lsiolo for Prayers and burial preparations.
The cortege leaves Nkubu Mission hospital on Tuesday 9th May 2017 at 9:00 am for Prayers and burial ceremony which will be held at Gakurine Village near KEMU University, Imenti North.
