Beloved son of Christopher Gichuki Kanyi and Ruth Wanjugu Gichuki. Son-in-law of Simon Gakuya and Mary Wamaitha. Humble brother of Damaris Wanjiku, John Kanyi, Mary Wairimu, Agnes Wangui, Francis Mbweri, Titus Wanjohi, Elizabeth Wahito and the late Hezron Ibukah. Husband of Molly Wagaturi. Loving father of Justin Gakuya and Collins Gichuki. Nephew of late Kanyoro, Kaburu, Wahito, Nyambura, Wangui, Wanjiru. Cousin of Karanja, Watatua, Jimmy, Nyawira among others. Brother-in-law of Rubia, Wangui, Macharia, Muthoni, Wairimu, Mburu, Gathanga among others. Uncle of many.

Friends and relatives are meeting daily at The Other Place Restaurant in Umoja, Caltex Area Kangundo Rd Outering Rd Junction and at his parent’s home Gachiriro Village, Mukurwe-ini, Nyeri County from 4^th Match 2017 to 10^th March 2017 for prayers and funeral arrangements

The cortege leaves Kenyatta University Funeral Home at 8.00am on Saturday 11/03/2017 for funeral mass at 11am at his parent’s home in Gachiriiti Village Mukurwe-ini Nyeri County
