It is with profound grief and acceptance of God’s will that we announce the untimely death of Deputy Police Commissioner (Retired) Mr. David Kipkemoi Korir The Former Provincial Police Officer (PPO) Central & Nyanza and Provincial Criminal Invastigation Officer (PCIO) Rift Valley.
Son of the late Kiberege Chemene and the late Bornes Chemene. Brother of Lesebet Cheboingong, Jane Kilel, Rael Tigirei, John Bingei, the late Samuel Korir, Johnstone Korir, Alexander Korir, Alice Mutai, Step Brother of the late Obot Joseph, Obot Eunice, the late Walter Korir, Ester Mebwo, Alice Milgo and Eunice Chemene.
Son-in-law of the late Chebusit Arap Segem and Obot Recho. Husband of the late Norah Korir, Father of the late Phillip, the late Eunice, Joseph, the late Stephen, Margret, Harriet, Benard, Geofrey, Samson and Gilbert. Father-in-law of Norah, Winny, Dorothy, Linda, Joseph Koskei, Hon. Were, Hon. Hillary Koskei.
Family, friends and relatives are meeting at home in Kiptagich everyday.
Nairobi meetings will be on 2nd June 2017 at All Saint Cathedral Church opp Serena Hotel from 5.00 pm to 8.00 pm.
Bomet meetings will be at Bomet Braven Hotel on 6th June, 2017 and at Kapkulumben Home on 7th June, 2017.
There will be a fundraising in Nairobi at All Saint Cathedral Churh on 6th June 2017 at 5.00 pm to 8.00 pm.
The cortege leaves Lee Funeral Home Nairobi on Friday 9th at 8.00 am and a stop over at Bomet for prayers.Then proceed to Kiptagich for overnight stay, burial will be on the 10th June 2017 on Saturday. Mpesa No. 0722323314.
