Daughter of the late Nyaluo Nyasuoyi and Rose Agola of Ndwara Village – Ugenya. Wife of the late Bishop Owino Okonya of Kamrembo Siwandhee village. Co-wife of the late Mary Ondhee. Beloved mother of the late Professor Okoth Owino, Agnes Odaro, the late Tom Onyango Owino, the late Julius Omondi Owino, Patrick Opondo (Oposche), Sammy Owino, Philip Owino (Coachez), Tom Owino (Nyakwarpesa), Atieno Otieno, Stephen Owino, Maurice Omollo, Grace Owinga, and Omwasi Okello Owino. Sister of Celestine, Cecilia, Magolo, Obare, Randiga, Akoth and Origi. Cousin of Odipo, Baraza among others. Mother-in-law of Peace Okoth, George Odaro, Celestine Ngwawe, Janet Gogo, Philister Amimo, Jane Gatimu, Caroline Oduori, Otieno Nyauche, Akinyi Omollo, William Owinga, Caroline Odera and Awino Omwasi. Sister-in-law of the late Marcella Okoth, the late Paul Okonya, the late George Ogutu, the late Simon Oluoch Okonya, Adhiambo Owino and Ojwaya. Friends and relatives are meeting at Berbers Oasis, NHC building from 5.00p.m on Thursday and Friday this week and Mon and Tuesday next week. There will be a mini harambee on Friday 31st arch and a major harambee on Tuesday 4th April at 6.00pm at the same venue. The burial will be at her Kamrembo Siwandhee home, Siranga Sub Location, Ukwala in Siaya County on 8th April 2017.
