The organizing committee and the family of the late Ezrah Otieno Olero regret to announce the demise of Dolphine Ligaye Otieno of judiciary, Court of Appeal Nairobi, which occurred on 18th April 2017 at Kenyatta National Hospital Nairobi. Daughter of the late Ezrah Otieno Olero and late Mama Decimah Ayoti Otieno. Loving mother of Nicole Ayoti, Sister of Stephen Otieno, Geoffrey Otieno, Melicer Mary Otieno, Dorcas Otieno, Jenipher Otieno, Eleanor Otieno, and Victor Otieno, Niece of Henry Shisoka, Evans Olero, Patrick Lumumba, Christopher Ameyo, Habil Akhamwa, Rosemary Atito, Rosebella Ameyo, Roselida Omusula, Loice Amanya, Peninah Mungoma, Dora Akinyi and others. Sister inlaw of Gadafi Mohammed, Pamela, Ruth, Jesca.Auntie of Davidson, Desmond, Kimberly, Ezrah, Kylie, Pauline, Margaret, Blessing, Kelly and Jefferson. Funds drive to defray funeral costs and hospital bill will be held on Wednesday 26th April 2017 from 5.00 pm at Proffessional Centre (Council Chambers) 2nd Floor, Along parliament Road, opp St. John Ambulance, contributions may be sent to mobile number 0722609054 (George Ambuche). The cortege leaves Kenyatta National Hospital Mortuary at 7.00am on 28th April 2017 for a church service at International christian Centre (ICC) West Campus, Mombasa Road at 9 .00 am and later at her residence at South B Mukandu Road for viewing upto 11.00 am then proceed to her rural home for burial at Shikunga Village Butere Sub-county Kakamega County.
