Dr. David Kibe Maingi

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Dr. David Kibe Maingi, who went to be with the Lord on 17th April 2026 following a short illness at Bloom Hospital in Nakuru.

He was the second born child of the late Mishram Maingi and the late Ruth Nyambura.

He was the beloved husband of Wanjiku Kibe, loving father of Walter Maingi, James Kahugu, Gatitu Kibe, and Gichuiri Kibe and cherished brother of Justus Gatitu, Anastacia Wangari, John Gathama, Peter Wamai, Mary Wanjiku, Robinson Muritu, Rachael Gathoni, Dancun Githuka, Daniel Ngunjiri & Ephantus Thairu.

Dr. Maingi was a dedicated Veterinary Doctor who served in the Government of Kenya for many years before his retirement. He was also a committed Christian and a member of P.C.E.A. Molo Town Church.

The cortege will leave PNN Funeral Home (Nakuru) on 24th April 2026 for the funeral service at P.C.E.A. Michatha Turi Ward, thereafter burial at his Michatha Farm in Molo.

Family and friends are meeting daily at his home in Molo from 5:30 p.m, for prayers and burial preparations.

He will be remembered for his humility, dedication, and unwavering faith. His legacy a ervice and kindness will remain in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
