It is with deep sorrow that we announce the sudden demise of Dr. Joel Nyanguya Ongaro that occurred on 1st January 2017 at Robert Wood Johnson Hospital New Jersey, USA.

Son of Amos Ongaro, Mama Rael Bosibori and Moraa (all late) of Kenyenya Village, Nyamira County. Husband of Mary Ongaro. Father of Cliff and Lorna. Father-in-law of Job Okero. Brother of Pr. Siika, Nyonga, Nyamache, Joshua, Pr. Wilson, Peterson, Ebisiba Anyona, the late Caren Ogato, Dinah Monyancha, Eunice Osoro, Ceciliah Araka, the late Mong’ina, the late Prisca Nyandigisi, Lusaria Saisi, and Aska Ondicho.

Uncle of the late George, Lameck & Dr. Siika, Charles & Chief Nyong’a, Julius &Tom Nyamache, Job & Enock Mogeni, Moses & Joseph Masita, Naphtal & Renson Peterson, Ogendi Orina, Samson & Yobesh Nyandigisi, Duke Saisi, Pr. Mokua & Johnson Ondicho, Jane & Stephen Keng’ara, Edward & Lameck Anyona, Elijah Ogato, Irene &Abel Ondati, Loice Osoro, Zipporah & Sammy Keengwe, Sophie & Evans Mosomi among others.

Friends and relatives are meeting daily at Nairobi Central (Maxwell) Church. The main fundraising will be held on Thursday, 12th January 2017 at the same venue (Old Sanctuary).
