Edward Murage Newton

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Edward Murage Newton of Mahigaini Springs, Kianjogu Subsiocation, Kirimukuyu Location Mathis East, Nyeri County which occurred on Tuesday 18th July.

Son of the late Newton Gukura Muraya nd late Lilian Wanjugu Gukura. Brother of the late Simon Muraya Newton, the late Jane Wanjiru Nderitu, the late Wairimu and the late Waihuni. Sister-in-law of Shellmith Njamiu Muraya. Loving husband of Mary Gathigia Murage. Loving father of late Newton Gukura, Paul Githiui of NASP, the late Muraya, Wahome Joseph, Purity Waruguru, Jane Wanjiru (Smart Kid Academy), Gladys Wamuyu, Beatrice Watare and Anne Wairimu (Book Field Academy), also a father of Senator (mtarajiwa) Newton Muraya, AliceWamuyu among others. Uncle of Peter and Purity Nderitu. Father-in-law of Lucy Njeri, GraceGithiui, Muriithi Gathugu, George Mwangi Joseph Wanjohi, Evans Githinji, John Mwangi.  Grandfather of Kevin, Eddah,Wairimu among others.

Friends and family are meeting at Southern Springs Kariobangi South and his home in Mahigaini. The cortege leaves Jamii Hospital Karatina on Wednesday 26th July at 9.00am for Funeral service and burial at Mahigaini springs, Kianjogu village Nyeri county at 11.00am.
