It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Edward Mwangi Karanja.

Beloved son of Mr. Philip Karanja Kabaru & Mrs. Salome Wanjiru Karanja (a.k.a Sister Karanja) of Karuri sub-location, Banana Hill, Kiambaa, Kiambu.

Husband of Lydia Wambui and father of Evelyne Wanjiru Mwangi. Brother of Susan & Timothy Mash, Zaituni & Paul Kabaru, Isaac Ngugi, Marian Njeri, Isaac Gitonga, Maryann Mwihaki, Teresa & Moses Omari. He was Uncle of Robyn, Sienna, Philip, Wayne, Ethan, Sean, Leo, Kahiga, Eli and Liam. Loving nephew, cousin and a friend to many.

Family and friends are meeting daily at the family home in Karuri. Prayers and funeral arrangements will be held at the All Saint’s Cathedral Church on Thursday 6th April 2017 starting from 5.00pm and at the family home in Karuri on Sunday 9th April 2017 at 3:00pm.

The funeral will be held on Tuesday 11th April 2017 in Karuri, details of which will be shared in due course.
