It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the promotion to glory of Miriam Muthoni Njuguna. She was wife of the late Evanson Njuguna Ngugi. Co-wife of Lucy Wanjiku Njuguna of Turi, Molo. Daughter of the late Tibangu Njoroge and Tabitha Waithera.

Sister of the late Benedicta Kabura, and the late Harrison Waweru, Mother of Morrison Njuguna, Wilfred Njoroge, Alice Chege, Tabitha Martinez, Margaret Waweru, Danson Njuguna, Annie Ngugi, Isaac Gichina, Faith Karimi and the late Monicah Njeri. Step mother to: Peter Kimotho, James Ngugi, Jennifer Ng’endo and Charles Mbugua. Mother in law to Grace Njuguna, Stephen Chege, Gabriel Martinez, Fredrick Waweru, late Esther Njuguna and Eunice Gichina. Grandmother to Gillian Koinange, Enos Koinange, Sharon Wambaa, Kanini Wambaa,Yvonne Wambaa, Caroline Mwangi, late John Mwangi, Eric Njuguna, Esther Njuguna, Violet Kariuki, David Kariuki, Reuben Njuguna, Jane Murungi, Kenneth Njuguna, Mercy Musalia, Jacquiline Muthoni,Yvonne Ng’endo, Mary Muthoni, Roselyn Wambui, Tabitha Waithera, Faith Njoki, Ann Nyamago, Simon King’ori, Chris Chege,Teresia Nyambura, Angela Njuguna, Ciru Njuguna, Martin Njuguna, Josephine Njuguna, Maureen Gichina, Catherine Gichina, Linda –Ng’endo, Alex Njuguna, Morrison Ngugi, Catherine Njeri, Christine Muthoni and great grandmother of many.

Friends and relatives are meeting daily at her home, Mang’u, Menengai, from 3.00p.m The cortege leaves Umash Funeral Home, Nakuru, on Friday 17th March, at 9.00am for service at PCEA, Mang’u, Menengai, at 10am and thereafter burial will be at her farm Mang’u, Menengai at 1pm.
