It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Elizabeth Wairimu Githungo.

Daughter of the late Migwi Rumba (Waikwa) and the late Esther Nyaguthii. Wife of the late Githungo Gachemi. Sister of Muriuki, Gathoni, Munene, Muchangi Wambui, Wanja, Maina Njeri, Wakiuru, Mureithi and Macharia. Mother of Gachemi and Agnes, Richard and Joyce, Dickson and Elizabeth, Muriuki, Nyaguthi, Njeri Waweru, Mumbi Buuri,Kirigo and Ngechu. Stepmother of the Late Felix, Njeri, Wanjiku, Kirigo and Mwai. Grandmother of Marvin, Wairimu, Kelvin, Kenny, Jim, Oliver, Chris, Stella, Risper, Peris, Bancy, Miano, Dennis, Sally, Liss. Great Grandmother of many.

Family and friends are meeting daily at Holy Family Basilica until Friday 26/05/2017 and at her home Kagati for funeral arrangements.

The Cortege leaves Jamii Funeral Home Karatina on Wednesday 31st May 2017 at 7am followed by Funeral Service at her home Kagati Scheme ,Ruguru, Nyeri County.
