It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of our beloved Eunice Wairimu Wachira on 19th February, 2017 at Outspan Hospital, Nyeri.

Daughter of the late Nicholas Githogori and the late Susan Njoki. Wife of the late James Wachira of Thunguma, Kagayu, Nyeri County. Mother of the late Anne Njeri Wariire, Joyce Muthoni and George Karuri of U.K., Jane Wachira of Three N International Ltd, Peter Mwangi and the late Margaret Wangui, Beatrice Wangechi and Isaac Kingara. Sister of Margaret Wangui, Jerioth Wanjiku, Samuel Muchemi, the late Mary Wairuri and Anne Nyambura, Beatrice Wagi, Peter Wambugu and Lydia Wangechi. Mother in Law of Peter Wariire Kanyiri. Grandmother of Johnstone Kanyiri of Switzerland, James Wachira, Florence Ngina of USA, Mike Wachira, Samuel Wachira, Hannah Gathoni and Matilda Wairimu all of U.K. Great Grandmother of Arianne Merl Wachira.

Friends and Relatives are meeting daily at her daughter’s residence, Jogoo Road, Government Quarters Phase II (Infill Estate) opposite ACK St. Stephen Church starting at 6.30 p.m. and at her home in Thunguma, Kagayu, Nyeri County for prayers and funeral arrangements.

The cortege leaves Outspan Mortuary, Nyeri on Monday, 27th February, 2017 at 8.00 a.m. for Funeral Service to be held at P.C.E.A.Thunguma Church at 10.30 a.m. and burial thereafter at her home in Thunguma, Kagayu, Nyeri County
