Francis Kalawa Marambii

It is with deep sorrow and profound shock that we announce the sudden demise of Mr. Francis Kalawa Marambii which occurred on 6th April 2017 at the Mombasa Hospital.

Son of the late M’marambii ltaali and Catherine Ciakwalu. Husband of Mary Nkirote and Gudilla Manjau. Father of Norman Mwenda, Catherine Muthoni, Jane Kambura, Kennedy Kithinji, Mathews Clinton Gitonga, Regina Kangai and Moses Mugambi. Grandfather of Kelly, Morgan, Kyle, Michelle, Wayne, Ashley and Naveen. Brother of Ametho, Kanja, Gatuuria, Mukokinya, Ntaamu, the late Mutabari, the late Gatumwa, Mutuma, Njaati, Mwika, Peter, Karimi and Teresina.

Friends and relatives are meeting daily at Norwich Union Building, opposite Hilton Hotel at 5pm, his rural home – Thirimu village at 4pm, and Miritini Estate – Mombasa at 4 pm.

The cortege leaves Pandya Memorial Hospital on Friday, 14th April 2017 for burial at his rural home (Thirimu, Akithii location) on Saturday, 15th April 2017.
