We regret to announce the untimely passing on of Fredrick Gituma Nkanata, Director Githongo Tea Factory, which occurred on Tuesday, 11^th July 2017.

Loving husband of Grace Kirigo Gituma. Son of the lateJjaphet Nkanata and Late Charity Nkirote. Son-in-law of Misheck Kaunda and Rachael Misheck. Father of Fridah Mukiri Kiogora, Brendan Makena Mutwiri, Cameline Kendi, Keffah Koome, Kenfrey Murangiri and Kennedy  Murerwa. Brother of Kimathi & Hellen, Muriungi & Alice, Mwongera I& Keziah, Mutuma & Sheilah and Kinyua & Mary. Father-in-law of Patrick Mutwiri and Martin Kiogora. Grandparent of Shane Mwendwa,Tashley Kawira and Shanelle Gatwiri. Cousin of many.

Friends and relatives are meeting daily at home Kauru Village, Nduruma Sub Location, Kithirune Location, Meru County and at Joycem Plaza Nkubu starting a 6.00pm. The cortege leaves Meru Funeral Home on Monday 17th July 2017 at 9.00am for a burial and funeral service at his home Kauru Village, Kithirune on the same day.
