Grace Wairimu Njau (Wa Mwangi)

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of our dear Mum, Grace Wairimu Njau, which occurred on 22nd April 2017 at Aga Khan University Hospital after a short illness.
Daughter of the late Danson Ngungu and the late Rebecca Wanjiru of Kangaru Village. Wife of Julius Njau Mwangi. Mother of James Mwangi, Danson Ngungu, Peninah Njeri, Dr. Bernard Kuria, Rebecca Wanjiru and Stanley Ndegwa. Mother-in-law of Janet Wanjiku, Cecilia Wairimu and David Munene. Grandmother of Wairimu, Nyambura, Wambui, Jayden, Stefany and Jeremy. Sister of Joyce Kabura and Jane Njeri. Step-Sister of Stanley Ndegwa, Samuel Kahuria and Janet Kabura. Sister-in-law of Bernard Kuria, Rev. Canon Peter Karanja & Rev. Jane Karanja.
Friends and Family are meeting daily at her home in Munyutha village,All Saints Cathedral Kindergarten and Magomano Hotel Nairobi at 5.30 p.m for funeral arrangements. There will be a fundraising on Friday, 28th April 2017 atAll Saints Cathedral at 5.30 p.m, to off-set medical bill. Contributions can be made through Paybill No. 777001, Ac No; 12106513.
The Cortege will leave Kenyatta University Mortury at 7.00a.m on Monday 1st May 2017. The funeral service will take place in ACK St. Paul’s Munyutha Church at 11.00 am and later burial ceremony at her home in Munyutha, Kaihungu Village, Mugoiri Location, Murang’a County.
