James Anjichi Opati (Dau)

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of James Anjichi Opati (Dau) formerly of Vihiga County Government, on 16/04/2017 through a grisly tragic road accident at Kona Koyana near Chulaimbo.
Son of the late Norman Anjichi and Rev. Rd. Bettie Opati of Itumbu Inaya village. Dad of Terry Opati. Brother of Julius, Joy, Jonah, Josiah, Pope and Senorine. Uncle of Eros, Mona, David, Ocampo, Dennis, Daniella, Elaine, Tabby, Jessy among others. Cousin of Hon. Elizabeth, Ann, Melisa, David, Julie, Dr. Praxedes, Gerald, Heddy, Mary,Venah, Billy, Peter, Willy, Sophie, Zephaniah, Rose, Lindah, Dorice, Naboth, Linah, Armstrong, Jeniffer, Cynthia among others. Brother-in-law of Eunice Atieno, Melisa Opati, Obed lmbukwa, Osborne Amunga, Thomas Andalia and the late Evans Liyayi.
Friends and relatives are meeting daily at Itumbu village for prayers and funeral arrangements. The cortege leaves Masaba Funeral home on Thursday 27/04/2017 at 11.00am forVihiga County for a requiem mass thereafter to the home village of Inaya. Burial will take place on Saturday 29/04/2017 at their home in Itumbu Inaya village, Luanda town.
