It is with great sorrow and acceptance of God’s will that we announce the promotion to glory of our-beloved James Karuga Kiiru, on the 7th of November 20I 6, after a short illness.
Son of the late Jotham Kiiru Karuga and the late Zipporah Wanjiru Kiiru and son-in-law of the late Hezekiah Gathii and the late Hannah Wacera Gathii. Beloved husband of Mrs. Peris Wangari Karuga, head teacher (Upweoni Primary School, Malindi); a loving father of Eng. Jotham Kiiru Karuga and Dr. Ezekiel Gathii Karuga. Brother of Sophy Waiyego Ngotho, Leah Wanjiku Kiiru, Grace Wairimu Muriuki, Esther Muthoni Maruvu, Thuita Kiiru, the late Catherine Njoki Kiiru, Charagu Kiiru, Alice Waitherero Kagoya and Hannah Mwende Kiiru.

Brother-in-law of Prof. Ngotho Kariuki, Stephen Mathai, Abyud Maruvu, Lucy Muthoni, Gladys Njeri, Wilson Kagoya, John Maina Gathii, the late Manase Mururi, and Jeremiah Maina. Uncle and grandfather of many.
Friends and relatives are meeting at Timboroa Hotel, Atlantis Gardens, at home in Kiuru Village from 6 pm daily and at St.Andrews Church.
The cortege leaves Kenyatta University Morgue on Saturday 12th November, at 7am to Kiuru Village in Mihuti Location, Mathioya Subcounty, Muranga County.
The funeral service will be held at Gataragwa Anglican Church from 10am and thereafter the burial at their family home.
