Julius Kariuki Mungai

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Julius Kariuki Mungai (Topsel Dagoretti Corner) on 22nd March 2017.

Son of the late Geoffrey Mungai (ltui) and the late Gadwel Mweru. Son-in-law of the late Edward Kiarie Muthama and Apolonia Wanjiku. Husband of Lydia Wairimu. Father of the late Geoffrey Mungai, Edward Kiarie and Leila Wambui, Levina Wanjiku and Edwin Kimani. Brother of Gichuru, the late Muturi, Wanjiku, Wangari, Njeri, Mbuki, the late Waweru, Nyoroko, Njou and Waithera. Brother-in-law of Muthama, Julius Kariuki Mirie, Kinyanjui (Abdallah), Wambui, Ndungu, the late Lucy Nyathira, Njeri Mungai and Karanja. Grandfather of Dennis Kariuki, Vincent Kimani, Mariam Wairimu,

Maryann Wanjiru, Victor Kariuki, Timothy, Maimuna, Michael and uncle of many.

Family friends and relatives are meeting at the family home in Waithaka next to

St Karoli Lwanga Catholic Church,Waithaka.

The cortege leaves Lee Funeral Home on Tuesday, 28th March 2017 at 8.30am for

funeral mass at St. Karoli Lwanga Catholic Church at 11am, followed by burial

at Lang’ata Cemetery.
