Kogo Esther Jepng’etich Rono
We the family of Mzee Kimulany arap Rono (Kap Kong’eluk), humble ourselves in supplication and thanksgiving to Almighty God for the blessing of the life of the late Kogo Esther Jepng’etich Rono who went to be with the Lord on November 25th 2016 and was laid to rest on December 3rd 2016.
During her life we came to know the true meaning of the praise “humility comes before honour” (Proverbs 15:33)
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Ainabkoi community, relatives, friends, and well wishers for the overwhelming support and generosity received in honour of our beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and matriarch, Esther Rono.
We thank the doctors, nurses, and the aides for providing diligent professional help and making Esther live a happy life with hope and thanksgiving.
We particularly thank Dr Constantine Akwanalo and medical staff at Fountain Hospital, Eldoret, for providing unparalleled professional care when Esther was unwell.
We thank you all for firmly standing with us during the mourning period and also during the final interment of Esther. We acknowledge the humbling spiritual, moral and material support and also consoling messages, tributes, testimonies and prayers.
We thank the committees – Ainabkoi, Eldoret, Nakuru and Nairobi – that put together resources and also organized Kogo Esther befitting send off.
We thank the Governor of Uasin Gishu County, Ainabkoi Constituency MP and other leaders for their assistance and support.
Thank you and God bless you all.
Rest in peace, till we meet again.
For as in Adam all die, so in Christ all will be made alive – Corinthians 15:22
