Major Retired Bernard Ngugi Njoroge

It is with sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on to glory of Major Retired Bernard Ngugi Njoroge (Kenya Navy) on 16^th Janaury 2017 at MP Shah Hospital.

Son of the late Joshua Ngugi and the late Tabitha Wangari.

Husband of Alice Wambui Njoroge (formerly of PC’s office Coast Province). Father of Joshua Eric Ngugi (Hotpoint, Mombasa), Major Patrick Nduhiu Njoroge (Kenya Air Force), Samuel Mugo Njoroge (Amref Kenya) and Major Samson Muthui Njoroge (Kenya Air Force). Brother of Miriam Waithera Njanjo, Samuel Mugo, James Mwaniki, Francis Kimani, Teresia Gathoni Nyoro, Anne Wangui Mwaura, the late Susan Njeri and Jedidah Wambui Nyoro. Brother in law of the late Eliab Muthui, James Theuri, Boniface Mwai, Winfred Wanjiku Munene, the late David Kanyingi and Samuel Waithanji.

Father in law of Ruth Wambui Ngugi, Tabitha Wachira Nduhiu and Priscilla Nyawira Muthui. Grandfather of Bernard Njoroge Ngugi, Isaac Karari Ngugi, Patrick Nduhiu Ngugi, Darlene Wangui Muthui, Tevin Jones Kariuki Muthui and Imani Julliet Wambui Nduhiu.

The cortege leaves PNN Funeral Home Nakuru on Tuesday 24^th January 217 at 9am followed by funeral service to be held at St Luke’s Catholic Church Kabatini at 10am. Internment to follow at his home in Gatitu Farm, Kabatini.
