We regret to announce the death of Mama Teresa Atieno Ochieng which occurred on 5th March 2017. Daughter of the late Silfano Oyao and Mama Loice Ajwang Sungu.Wife of late Girison Ochieng Juma. Mother of Kenas Rakiro Ochieng (Principal Sori Secondary School) and Florence Anyango. Others are the the late Samuel, the late Martin, the late Otieno, the late Ooko, and the late Matilda. Sister of the late David Oyao, Deborah Odhiambo, Hellen Oyao, Theodora Okoth, the late James, the late Joseph and Susan Adhiambo. Mother-in-law of Lynette Rakiro (Kodero Bara Primary School), the late Perez Owuor, the late John Odhiambo, the late George Opiyo and Achieng. Sister in law of Dosila Akeyo, Simon Ojala, Noah Otiwa, Maurice Owiti, the late Makori Juma, the late Odongo Juma, Opiyo juma, Ogada Juma, and Onyango Juma, the late Doriss, Ogalo, Dorsila Akeyo, Juliana Onguka, Jeniffer Otieno, Wilkister Adoyo, Miriam Ogiro, Salome Juma, Margarita Ariya and Salome. Grandmother of Felix, Millicent, Linda, Leakey, Victoria, Patrick, Winnie, Dr Joe, Beril and Brenda among others.

The cortege leaves St Cumulus Hospital mortuary Karungu on March 23rd 2017 of followed by a burial on Friday March 24th 2017 at her home in Karungu Kiranda Village, Nyatike Sub-county, Migori County.
