Margaret Buyaki Oira

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Margaret Buyaki Oira which occurred on Monday 13^th March 2017 peacefully at her home.

Daughter of the late Francis Oira & the late Dinah Nyaboke of Menyinkwa Village. Wife of Sospeter Mecha Otao (Omokenya) of Ogango Village Nyamira County. Beloved mother of Evelyne Boyani & Alfred Kihungi, Dinah Nyaboke & Erick Makori, James Nyamweya and Naomi Mong’ina. Grandmother of Nicole Buyaki, Michelle Wanjiru, Wayne Makori and Tracy Buyaki. Sister of Rose Ratemo, Rebecca Omwange, Mary Momanyi, Zipporah Okenyo and the late Josephine Maranga. Step sister of Eunice Motari, Kingi, Jackline, Maina, Mogere, Nyaboke and others.

Sister in law of Richard Oenga, Elizaphan Nyaberi, Rev Enouch Obiero, Daniel Arosi, Mellen Kwamboka, Wilkister Nyang’ate, and Hellen Bonareri. Korera of Douglas Githinji & Dr Felicity Wanjiru Githinji and Isaya Makori & Teresa Makori.

Friends and relatives are meeting daily at her home at Ogango Village, and in Nairobi at Newlife SDA Church Grounds on 5^th Ngong Avenue starting 5pm from Monday to Wednesday. The main fundraising will be held on Wednesday 22^nd March, 2017 at Newlife SDA Church grounds at 5pm. The cortege leaves Hema Mortuary on Thursday 23^rd March 2017.

Burial will be held at her home in Ogango Village, Keera Location, Nyamira County.
