It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the promotion to glory of Mwalimu Martha Muthoni Mugo (teacher at Gatundu Primary School).

Daughter of Tabitha Waithera and the late Geoffrey Mugi of Gituamba Gatundu North. Wife of Zack Mugo Nduneu (teacher at Muthurumbi Pry Sch). Mother of James Ndung’u (Meru Sch), Evalyne Wanjiku (Gatundu Pry Sch) and baby Tabitha Waithera. Sister of Beatrice Mugure Njihia, Mary Njeri Karuri, David Maina (Mataara/ Chania Saccos), Joseph Ing’au (Mugi Auto Parts – Thika), John Njoroge (Rosajo/Tamu Feeds – Thika), Ann Mugi – Ng’ang’a (Wildfire Flowers – Naivasha), Joyce Nyambura (Kamenu Pry Sch Thika), Margaret Muthoni (Miugu Pry Sch), Nancy Wambui (GK Prison Pry Sch Kitale), Florence Nduta (Iruri Pry Sch), the late Francis Kabui and Samuel Macharia (Samros Academy).

Family and friends are meeting daily at her home in Mururia village, Karatu Sub-location starting at 6pm for prayers and funeral arrangements .The cortege will leave Kenyatta University Funeral Home Thika Rd on Friday 3rd February 2017 at 9am, followed by funeral service at PCEA Ndarugu Church (Karatu) at 11am and thereafter burial service at her family home in Mururia village, Karatu Sub-location, Gatundu South Constituency.
