It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Mary Kabura Kabutha who was formerly a teacher at Gitui Nursery school. Daughter of the late Stephen Kabutha Kamau and late Agness Wamwitha Kabutha. Mother of Peter Kabutha Kamau, Kennedy David Njoroge, Nelson Thomas Karong’a and late Francis Kamau Ng’atu. Sister of the late Nelson Kamau and Stephen Kamutu. Mother-in-law of Damaris Wanjiru Kabutha, Lucy Wanjiku Karong’a and Frashiah Wambui Njoroge. Sister-in-law of the late Minah Wanjiru Kamau, late MaryWaithira Kamau and Celina Njoki Kamutu. Grandmother of Francis Kamau Kabutha, Mary Sheila Mathenge, Mary Kabura Njoroge, Lydiah Wairimu, Agness Wamwitha, Peter Kabutha, Dan Gachuru, Mary Kabura Karong’a, Kenneth Kamau,William Gethi and Edith Wangui. Aunt of James Mucami Kamau,Tony Kabutha Kamutu among others. Great grandmother of Shanti Muthoni Mathenge. Relatives and friends are meeting on Monday 27th March and Tuesday 28th March for prayer and funeral arrangement at Nairobi Railway club and at her home in Olojoro-orok from 5.30 pm. The cortege leaves Nyahururu district hospital mortuary on Thursday 30th March 2017 at 8.00am for a funeral service at Olojoro-orok St. Philip NERI Catholic church at 9.45am and thereafter burial at her nearby farm.
