Appreciation

It has been two months since we laid you to rest our dear Wambeti, but as you would have wished, rather than focus on who we have lost, we choose to remember your all-encompassing heart and all the amazing and unique things that made you who you were. With you forever in our hearts, we sincerely thank the Almighty God for the life He granted to our dear beloved daughter, wife, mother, sister, auntie, cousin, niece, grandmother and friend.

We wish to thank Wambeti’s larger than life family and friends for not only being part of our lives but for being part of hers and for the beautiful send-off you gave to our Wambeti. Your support and strength are not taken for granted and our thanks will never be enough to convey our appreciation for what you have all done for us.

Finally, we wish to thank Dr. Jacqueline Kitulu and Dr. Gladwell Kiarie and their medical teams who tirelessly attended to Wambeti at the Nairobi Hospital. Your effort and care will be remembered always and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
