It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the promotion to glory of Mzee Choggi Thotho Kiarie which occurred on 29/ 04/2017 at Coptic Hospital after a long illness.

Son of the late Thotho Kiarie and Grace Wanjiku. Brother of Kiarie Thotho, Muranga Thotho, Wanja, Nyambura and the late Ng’ethe.

Husband of Grace Wanjiku & the late Hannah Mukuhi. Step brother of the late Mwaura, Muranga, the late Wa-Ng’ang’a, the late Jeremiah, the late Bunyani, Gachiku, Mbuyaiya, Nyarungu, Wakimuhu, Wakarura, Wabichoi and Njeri.

Father of Waweru, Chege, Muiruri (Wakulima Market), Njoki, Muranga & the late Nyambura & Wambui, Waweru (USA), Kuria Karanja, Kiarie (Wakulima Market), Wanjiku, Wambui, Muranga, Ndung’u, Ng’ethe (Limuru).

Friends and relatives are meeting daily at his home in Limuru and Olkalou from 6 pm.

The cortege leaves Uplands funeral Home on Tuesday 9th May 2017 at 8.00pm. Funeral service and burial at Olkalou.
