Oliver Wakoli Waffubwa

It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the sudden death of our beloved brother Oliver Wakoli Waffubwa of Busia County Assembly which occurred on 6/01/2017.

Son of the late Mzee Ferdinand Waffubwa and Roselyne Khakasa of Namilama Village. Husband of Fidelis Nangekhe (Nzowasco Bungoma). Father of Faith, Karlos and Anne. Brother of Evelyne, Gaspar, Jemimah, late Isabelle, Tobias, Bernice, Nelly, Job, Doreen, Joanne and the late Jean. Cousin of Emily, Sr. Carol, Dr Watiti, Dr Kisiangani, Oscar and Pharell.

In-law of Edwin, Clement, Kamula, Gabby, Moses, Situma, Dr. Mukwana, Prof. Murunga, Isaac, Ignatius, MaryStella, Caro, Sharon; Jordina, Goretti, Mariam and Alice. Nephew of Mary, Janet, Charles, Martin, Saida, Wilfred and Thadeus. Uncle of Glenda, Belinda, Elvis, Dalmas, Alvin, Elton Stacey, Sella, Levin, Hazel, Derrick, Stacey,Tracey,Anzila, Hannah, Kefa, Samantha, Elsey, Pinkie, Teddy, Fenan and Isabelle.

Family and friends are meeting daily at his house in Busia and Home in Namilama for prayers and funeral arrangements. Main fundraising will be held on Wednesday 11/01/ 2017 at his home in Namilama village.

The cortege leave Tanaka Hospital mortuary in Busia on Thursday 12/01/2017 at 8.30am for viewing at his home in Busia, then proceed to his home in Siritanyi.Thereafter to Namilama where he will be laid to rest on Saturday 14/0 1/2017.
