It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Patrick Muriithi Njiru of Kenya Prisons Embu that occurred at Nairobi West Hospital on 15th November 2016.
Husband of Cathrene Wanjiru Muriithi (Kareko). Father of Allan Mutugi (Bonanza School Embu).
Son of James Njiru Cuvana and Felister Riimi, Son-in-law of Joseph Kareko Gechoho and the late Gladys Gathon Kareko.
Brother of Rosa, Ann Wangari (USA) Isaiah Joshua, and Stephen. Brother-in-Law of Githutha (USA), Benjamin, Poiline, Evelyn, Lydia, Andrew Kareko, Wambugu Harrison Kareko, Mercy Irene, Njeri Julius and Githinji.
Uncle of Abigael, Mugo, Makena (all USA), Javan, lvy, Grace, Gladys, Kareko, Bridgit Derrick etc and cousins of many.
Family and friends are meeting daily at their home Mutunduri Embu from 4pm for prayers and burial arrangements.
The cortege leaves Gakwegori Funeral Home on Friday 25th November 2016 at 9am.
Thereafter, prayers and burial will be held at 10am at Kiangima ACK Church (Mutunduri) Embu.
