Phillip Kamamo Kamuyu

It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the untimely passing of Phillip Kamamo Kamuyu of Kamutua Village, Gitwe Sub location, Rwabura Location, Ndarugu Division, Gatundu South which occurred on Friday 12/05/2017.

Son of the late Peter Kamuyu Kamamo and Margaret Wanjiru Kamuyu. Brother of Mercy Wanjiru, Miriam Wacera and Cecilia Njambi. He was nephew to Mwalimu John Karanja Kamamo of Kamutua village, Joseph Njore Kamamo of Kirangi village, Njambi, Wangari of Kitale, Njoki and Ibrahim Mung’ara(Tall) of Mundoro village, Isaac Mung’ara Mwaura of K.0 and the Late Isaac Mung’ara of Kahawa. Cousin of Charles Kamamo, Robert Ngaruiya, Mary Wanjiru, Susan Wanjiru Njore, Martha Wangari, Lawrence Kamamo, Bilha Wambui, Fr. Eric Machira of Ruiru,Waceras, Mwauras and others. Uncle of Wanjiru, Junior, Kamuyu, Ian, Immaculate, Njoki, Josphine and others.

Family and friends are meeting daily at his late father’s home, Kamutua village from 2:00 pm and at Homelands lnn, Thika Road, from 6pm for funeral service and burial arrangements.

The cortege leaves Kenyatta University Mortuary on Monday 22/05/2017 at 8am. Thereafter the funeral service and burial will be held at his late father’s home, Kamutua Village at 10am.
