Rev James Kamau Njoroge

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Rev James Kamau Njoroge of ACK Nairobi Diocese on January 9^th 2017.

Son of the late Sospeter Njoroge and the late Loise Nyokabi. Beloved husband of Joyce Gathoni of Githurai Kimbo, Nairobi.

Brother of David Kinuthia, Obadiah Wainaina (Kagondu-ini), Josephine Wanjiku, Elizabeth Wanjiru (Mumias School of the Deaf).

Father of Jeansmary Nyokabi, Rossa Wambui, Christine Thogori, Lucy Wairimu, Sospeter Njoroge, Timothy Mugo. Father in law of Hillary Thotho, Symon Wanjohi, Felix Macharia, late Mungai, Mercy Kagendo and Perpetua Wangechi (all of Nairobi). Grandfather of Vivian, Mitchelle, Viola, Wachiuri, Prince, Keith, Niecca, Victor, James. He was uncle of many.

Family and friends are meeting daily at his Githurai Kimbo residence near Kimbo Police Post every evening from 6pm and at his rural home in Muthukwa Village, Kagondu-ini.

The cortege leaves Kenyatta University funeral home on Wednesday 18^th January 2017 at 8am. Funeral service will be held at ACK St Luke’s Kang’engu, Kagonduini. Thereafter burial at Muthakwa Village, Kagonduini location, Kandara, Murang’a County.
