Rev. Moses Maara Mungai

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing away of Rev. Moses Maara Mungai of PCEA Dagoretti Parish- Milimani South Presbytery. He hailed from Murang’a County, Kandani Location and was a resident of Kiserian Olooloitikoshi Sub Location. Son of the late Joshua Mungai Maara and the late Gladys Wambui Mungai.

Son-in-law of the late Mr and Mrs Gakungugu. Husband of Deborah Wambogo Maara. Father of Lilian Waithira Mbugua, John Mungai, Joseph Gakungugu, Mariam Muthoni Muturi. Father-in-law of the late Anthony Mbugua Kariuki, Naomi Mukami Mungai, Esther Kageni Gakungugu, Haniel Muturi. Brother of the late Joseph Njuguna, the late John Gitau, Mrs Mary Wanjiru Kamande and Jane Mumbi. Grandfather of Geoffrey (GK), Cynthia, Ian, Moses, Peter, Shiru, Debra, Hope & Maina. Brother-in-law the late Virginia Njuguna, Mrs Grace Gitau, Mr Francis Kamande, Mr and Mrs John Keng’ara, the late Hosea Mungai Kaugi, Mrs Grace Kaugi, Mr. and Mrs Bramwell Njagi, Mr and Mrs Sam Gakungugu, Mr and Mrs Geoffrey Kariuki, Mr and Mrs Peter Mbugua, Mr and Mrs Simon Kamuru, Mrs Nelly Mwangi. Cousin ai Uncle of many.

The Cortege leaves Montezuma Monalisa Funeral Home ( Mbagathi Way) on Friday 17/2/2017 at 7.30am.The Funeral Service will be at PCEA Nairobi West Church on the same day starting 10.00am and thereafter internment at Lang’ata Cemetery.
