It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the sudden death of Rosemary Wangui Maina which occurred on Friday 17th March 2017 due to a road accident on her way to a PTA meeting at Kambui School for the Deaf. Daughter of Jivin Maina Gachomo and Alice Wanjiru Maina (Kamune Murang’a). Sister of Lilian Muthoni, Mercy Njeri and Peter Munga Gerald, Agnes Wambui, Robert Gachomo, Judy Wanjiku and Martin Kamotho, Diana Wangari, Grace Wanjiku and Nelius Waihiga. Beloved wife of Anthony Maina Theuri. Loving mum of Gerald Theuri (Formerly of Wahundura High), Collins Kariuki (Kambui School for the Deaf), Perpetua Wanjiku and Felicity Wanjiru (Brain Bench Academy). Daughter in love of Gerald Theuri Wambaria and Regina Wanjiku Theuri (Githiru Nyeri). Sister-in-love of Simon and Florence Wambugu, Charles & Grace Mwangi, Catherine & Robert Waweru, Grace & Gerald Kihara, Susan & Martin Kitui, George and Esther Kiama &AnastaciaWaithiegeni.A cousin and aunt of many.

Friends and relatives are meeting daily at her home in Ruiru Murera and Corner House 4th Floor, Kimathi Street, Nairobi, for burial arrangements from 6pm.

The cortege leaves Kenyatta University Mortuary on Friday, 24/3/17 at 7am for burial at Githiru Village, Nyeri County.
