Loving husband of Hellen Kemunto. Father of Andrew (Netfund), Pauline, Tom, Diana (Snr. Chief) and Raphael (KMTC). Son of the late Thomas Machora Oigara and Elizabeth Nyaboke. Brother of Agnes Ondimu, John, Lawrence Oigara (Auditor General-Nairobi), Mary Okara, James, Richard, Gladys (Nairobi Water) and Stellah (WRMA). Grandfather of Ivan, Michelle, Sheila, Ryan, Samuel among others.

Uncle of Joshua (KMLTTB), Tiberius, Nyaboke, Caleb (Moi University), Lee (Strathmore), Tracy, Billy, Tania, Lilian, Brian, Bridget, Devona, Emma (Nairobi Water), Fridah, Ben, Mary, Festus, Pauline, Tom, Otwori, Cliff (KDF), Duke, Thadeus Akama, Mevin (Kisii School), Tony, Angel, Bivon, Yudlely, Riglely, Paul, Momanyi among others. Family and friends are meeting daily at Railway Club-Nairobi from 5pm for funeral arrangements. Main fundraising will be held on 18th July 2017 at Railway Club Nairobi from 5pm. The cortege leaves Umash Funeral Home on Thursday 20th July 2017 for his rural home Kegati, Kisii County. The burial is on Friday 2Ist July 2017 at his home Nyamemiso Village, Kisii County.
