Simon Maina Gachie

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the promotion to glory of Mr Simon Maina Gachie on 19th December 2016.

Son of the late Dickson Gachie and the late Rahab Gachie of Gakindu, Mukurweini in Nyeri County. Husband of Mrs Monica Gachie of Immigration Department. Father of Rahab Njeri (NHIF Naivasha), Dickson Gachie (Businessman) and Jessica nee Obura (farmer), Gladys Maina (Chase Bank) and Derek Kariuki (Air Traffic — Wilson). Brother of the late Paul Kariuki, Grace and David Ng’ang’a, Godfrey and Beth Mbora, Ephantus and Alice Waruinge, Beatrice Muthoni, Julius and Monica Michuki and Dr. Steve Gachie.

Grandfather of Anita Kwamboka (Jonathan Gloag School).

Relatives and friends are meeting at St. Andrews PCEA Church, Nairobi, from 5pm.

The cortege leaves Umash Funeral Home on Friday 23rd December 2016, at 8am for a funeral service at PCEA St. Andrews Church and thereafter the burial will take place at Lang’ata cemetery.
