Stephen Wachira Kimata (Mwalimu)

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Stephen Wachira Kimata, son of the late Kimata Wachira and Margaret Wachu.

Husband of Jacinta Wanja Wachira. Brother of Monica Murugi Nyongo, Hannah Wachuka Wachira, the late Benard Wachira, the late Tirus Makimei and Stanley Wachira. Father of Francis Kimata Wachira, Patricia Wachu Kimani of Kerogoya, Mary Njahira Kuria, the late Lucy Murugi, Jane Wanjiku Macharia, Anastasia Wachuka Ngundo, Beth Njeri Kimani, Nancy Njeri Kamau, the late Fidelis Wambui,Antony Kimata and Agata Nyokabi. Uncle, grandfather and great grandfather of many.

Friends and relatives are meeting daily from 5.00 p.m. at his home in Githigiu village, Kahuguini sub-location of Gatundu South for funeral arrangements. The funeral cortege leaves Kenyatta University Funeral Home on Friday 30th June, 2017 at 9.00 a.m. for funeral service at St. Mary Immaculate Gitundu Catholic Church in Mutomo Parish at 11.00 a.m. and thereafter burial at his home in Githigiu village, Kahuguini sub-location of Gatundu South.
