It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Susan Gathoni Kamau of Kangema, Murang’a County.

Daughter of the late Irungu and the late Njeri. Wife of the late James Kamau Mbuthia. Mother of Rose Nyambura, Lucy Wanjiru, Mary Ngoiri, John Njuguna, Gladys Wanjiku and the late Daudi Mbuthia, Robinson Irungu and Jane Njeri. Sister of Maina, the late Mwangi, Ngoiri, Wanjiku, Chege, Wanjiru, Wangeci, Wangari, Wacera, Njoroge and Wanyungu. Mother-in-law of Mary Wairimu, Beatrice Wairimu, Phillip Ndung’u and Anthony Thuo. Grandmother and great grandmother of many.

Friends and relatives are meeting daily at her Kiairathe home in Kangema, Landless Thika and Bamboo Hotel in Nairobi for prayers and funeral arrangements.

The cortege leaves General Kago Funeral Home Thika on Friday 24th March 2017 at 8.00am thereafter prayers and burial will be at her Kiairathe village home, Kangema, Murang’a County at 12.00 noon.
