A young Kenyan woman based in Stuttgart passed away earlier this week after she fell ill during her visit back home.

Caroline Olonde, a kind-hearted lady with a beautiful smile, has been in Kenya for last couple of months and on Tuesday, 7th March succumbed to her illness.

Born on 8th April 1983, she was only a month shy of her 34th birthday. According to a source Mkenya spoke to, Caroline travelled to Kisumu on 2nd January where she complained of feeling unwell, she had a fever and had difficulties walking. She was admitted in hospital and ailed for the last two months.

Friends in Stuttgart will be meeting at 7pm today at the Löwenstube on Möhringerstraße 64, in 70199 Stuttgart.

She will be laid to rest in her rural home on Saturday, 18th March.

Meetings are being held daily at the parents’ residence in Muguga, Kikuyu, Kiambu County and at his residence at Nairobi West, Kisauni Road, from 5pm. The cortege leaves Montezuma Funeral Home on Tuesday 21st March 2017 at 10.00 am for a funeral service and burial at Lang’ata Cemetery from 12 noon.

Anne rested on Saturday 11th March 2017 at Outspan Hospital following her long battle with cancer bravely borne.

She was the first born daughter to the late Duncan Ndaine Kamau, the late Lydia Wanja Ndaine and Shelmith Wanjiku Ndaine. Sister of the late Njeri, the late Kamau,Wangeci, Muringo, Mureithi, Wanjiru,Wamuyu and Wambura, the late Gathigia, Njoki, Nyaguthie, Wanjiru, Kamau, Mwai and the late Wamuyu. Sister in law to Njeri & Mwangi, the late Njuguna, Kamau & Wanyiri, Wanjiru & Kihenjo, Nyambura & Nduati, Kimari &Wangari, Wairimu, Nduta &Wachanga. Dotting grandmother to Sheena Anna Chepkurui.

Relatives and friends are meeting daily from 3pm at their home in Muruguru (Kwa Power Junction) along Nyeri – Karatina road for prayers and funeral arrangements.

Gregory Odeke, CEC for Water, Irrigation, Environment and Natural Resources, County Government of Busia, the late Joel Epusi, Samuel Reba of Villarosa Kempinski and Joshua Emuruon of Bata Shoe. Father-in-law of Daniel Okolong, Margret Emadau, Lily Odeke, Purity Kasandi and Edith Chelang’at. Grand father of Doreen, Faith, Ayiet, Shadrack, Allan, Marion, Beryl, Rawlings, Gloria, Granton, Baraka, Nahashon, Jayden and Graciella Amoit.
