It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Cucu Teresia Nyaguthii Chege.

Daughter of the late Wamutu Kiarie and the late Ng’endo Wamutu. Wife of the late Fredrick Chege Ng’ang’a. Sister of the late Kiarie Wamutu, late Kigwire Thingi, the late Wanjiku Gitari, the late Wambui Muturi and the late Joseph Muhia. Mother of the late Thomas Mungai, Grace Gakenia, the late Samuel Muhuhi, Veronica Ng’endo, Margaret Njoki and Julie Wambui. Grandmother, Great Grandmother and Great Great Grandmother of many.

The cortege will leave Kenyatta University mortuary on Friday 2nd February 2018 at 7 am. The service and burial will be held the same day at Kigongo village, Mutate location, Gatundu South from 10 am.

Beloved husband of the late Prisca Aomo Ajuang and father of Isaac and Eunice Ogwayo, Philip and Lucy Ochieng, Tabitha, George and Millicent Gaya, Saul, Mikewa and Debra, and Dan. Adored grandfather of Sharon, Rama, Akwe, Amor, Miriam, Michelle, Jairo and Taya and great grandfather of Terryanne. Son of the late Daniel, Milek and Deborah Anyanga. Son in law of the late Aska and Jairo Kunga of Kochia. Brother of the late Sablon Oracha, Solomon Akendo, Johnson Otieno, the Oyiekes and the Abbndos. Nyawana to the late Flora and John Ogwayo, Virginia and James Muguiyi, Perpetua Gaya and Margaret Ogada.

Funeral meetings are taking place at his residence in Ngei I estate, Langata Hse no. 120 and at Maxwell, today, Wednesday, Monday and Tuesday.

There will be a fundraiser tomorrow, Thursday 1st February at Nairobi Central SDA church (Maxwell) from 5.30pm.

Brother-in-law of Daniel Chebor, Peter Ndiema, Gladys Kapkarich, Joshua Ndiwa, the late John Ruto, Jarrtes Ndiwa, Mark Kiboi, Job Sabsabi, Bernard Kisa, Fred Naibei, Livingston Chesholei, Amos Kipkorir and Christine Cherotich.
